  3. Our artisans finish and inspect your jewelry.

  4. We pack it carefully and ship it directly to your home.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items. Personalized or engraved pieces are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is usually 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe : 3–7 working days

  • International : 7–14 business days
